Product Profile | Elev10 by Devin Schaffner

Currently studying at the newly minted OCADU, Devin Schaffner is a designer with a focus on furniture design for Canada. With his latest project, the Elev10, Devin has created a unique representation of Canada and its diversity. The bold wave like form of the Elev10 is meant to represent the elevation of the capital cities of the 10 provinces in Canada while the CNC machined aluminum pegs work to mark the capitals. Featuring one anodized red peg to emphasize one of the capital cities, the Elev10 gives the user the ability to place the accent a little closer to home.

With the Elev10, Devin Schaffner has created an entryway system for the home whose compact design allows for many articles to be stored; from jackets to wallets the Elev10 manages the clutter of the entranceway in style. CNC cut from high quality FSC Baltic Birch plywood and faced with a walnut veneer, the Elev10 is built to last, reflecting the durability and quality that characterizes Canadian craft production.

We’re proud to announce that Devin has chosen to work with ideacious to make his product a reality. The Elev10 is available to preorder now on ideacious, or by email at message@ideacious.com.
