REACT Bag | Jason Luk

Award winning graduate of OCADU, Jason Luk received the ideacious select prize at the 2011 Rocket Show for his REACT training bag. The REACT Bag is a training tool for martial arts athletes to sharpen train their footwork and precision. Using a counter-weighted construction, ball and socket joints and elastic linkages, the training bag reacts unpredictably to the trainer’s inputs. Depending on the strike location, amount of force and type of strike, the REACT bag will move differently, training the user’s footwork and agility.

We’re proud and excited to say Jason has entered his thesis project into the ideacious process – we’re sourcing and managing the manufacturing, legal, logistics, marketing, sales and financial tracking requirements necessary to get his product to market.

Most projects face huge barriers, requiring a huge effort from their creators to become a reality. We’ve created ideacious to break those barriers down, for Jason, and for creators, inventors, and innovators like you.

More of Jason’s work can be seen on his online portfolio here.
